Include your Affiliate1A brand handle and Shopify store domain when relevant. Never email passwords, bank-account numbers, API secrets, or Shopify access tokens.

For access questions, include the email address used for Affiliate1A and whether you are signing in as a brand or creator. For attribution questions, include the brand handle, order number, creator code, and the approximate order time. Do not include a customer's full address, payment details, or other information that is not needed to investigate.

For Shopify setup, include the store's myshopify.com domain, the connection state shown in Affiliate1A, and the wording of any safe on-screen error. Screenshots should be cropped to remove tokens, bank details, customer data, and browser password-manager overlays.

Use the same address for privacy requests or to report a suspected security issue. Put Privacy request or Security report in the subject so it can be triaged separately from product support.

For security reports, describe the affected surface and reproduction steps without accessing other users' data or disrupting a live store.
