Why we built it
Creator programs often begin in spreadsheets, screenshots, and direct messages. That works until a code changes, an order is refunded, or a creator asks why a payout differs from the number they expected. Affiliate1A replaces that ambiguity with a role-scoped record shared by the brand and creator.
The product is designed for Indian D2C teams that want native Shopify discount codes, clear commercial terms, and reconciliation without pretending that software can remove every operational decision.
How it works
- A brand reviews a creator and approves exact discount and payout terms.
- The approved code is synchronized to the connected Shopify store.
- Eligible paid orders are matched to that code and recorded once.
- Refunds and cancellations adjust what is owed without erasing the original economics.
- The brand records a payout after completing it through its chosen external payment method.
What we believe
Attribution should be explainable, retries should never create duplicate earnings, historical order terms should remain legible, and neither side should need a private spreadsheet to understand the ledger.
Affiliate1A is operated by Book 1A LLP, the team behind Book1A. The product is currently available through reviewed early-access partnerships.
What Affiliate1A does not replace
Affiliate1A does not move money, decide whether a creator's promotion complies with advertising law, or override a brand's returns and tax policies. Brands continue to own those decisions and complete payouts through their chosen external payment method.
The product's job is narrower and deliberate: preserve the approved terms, explain why an order was or was not attributed, apply lifecycle adjustments consistently, and give both parties a legible record.
